Use the chart below as a reference guide to the price quote calculator. Please select the Number of Movers and Hours you would like to request. This form is NOT a formal estimate provided by Knightspeed Moving, these variables are input at your sole discretion. Upon submitting your booking request, a manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your move details and make adjustments to your appointment request as needed.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your move appointment.

South Florida Moves: The hourly rates and prices in South Florida vary by location. If you are located in South FL, the manager will provide a price quote upon confirmation.

How long will you need us for and how many movers?

Although every job is different, averages from our previous customers are the following:

Note: Stairs will add 30-60 minutes to the move depending on type of staircase/floor level. Inclement weather is out of our control, and our team is being paid while we pause loading/unloading to avoid damage to your items and assure the safety of you and our team. If the delay equates to more than 15 minutes, you will continue to be billed during this time at 50% of your hourly rate. Ex. If your rate is $139/hr, your inclement weather rate would be $69.50/hr

How is the Truck & Fuel Charge calculated?

This charge covers the cost of your truck, fuel and helps cover the dispatch time for your movers to get to your initial location and then back home.

The base T&F Charge covers the first 15 miles. For every additional 15 miles, add $30 to the T&F Charge:
